Marketing School for Solo Therapists

  1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions outline the agreement between you (“Participant”) and Miranda Smith (“Facilitator”) in relation to your enrolment in Marketing School for Solo Therapists (“the Program”).

  1. Enrolment & Payments
  • The Founding Member price is 3 monthly payments of $199 AUD (total $597 AUD).

  • Payment is processed securely through Kajabi.

  • All prices are in AUD unless otherwise specified. Approximate USD and GBP conversions are provided for guidance.

  1. Program Inclusions

As a participant you will receive:

  • Lifetime access to all current Program resources, lessons, and workbooks

  • Lifetime access to all future updates and new resources

  • 8 x weekly live workshops and Q&A calls

  • Drop-in group support sessions

  • Access to the private Program community

  • Templates, scripts, and AI prompts to support your marketing

  1. Lifetime Access

“Lifetime access” refers to the lifetime of the Program. Should the Program ever be retired, participants will be given reasonable notice and the ability to download all core materials.

  1. Money-Back Guarantee

If you:

  • Complete all modules,

  • Attend the live sessions, and

  • Still feel the Program isn’t right for you,

you may request a full refund. Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of Program completion. No questions asked.

  1. Results Disclaimer

Every practice is different. While the Program provides proven frameworks, strategies, and support, individual results will vary. No specific outcomes such as client numbers, income levels, or business growth can be guaranteed. Your results depend on your effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.

  1. Participant Responsibilities
  • You are responsible for implementing the strategies and activities taught in the Program.

  • You agree to ensure your marketing complies with professional, ethical, and regulatory guidelines relevant to your profession.

  1. Use of Materials

All Program materials are for your personal use only. Sharing, distributing, or reselling materials is not permitted.

  1. Professional & Ethical Boundaries

The Program is for marketing education only. It does not provide clinical supervision, therapy training, or psychological services.
